What sizes do you offer?
Most prints are available in three standard sizes: 12"x18", 16"x24", and 20"x30" for 3:2 images, and 15"x12" and 20"x16" for 5:4 images. Larger sizes may be available — just reach out and ask.

What materials do you print on?
I currently offer three professional-grade substrates:Fine Art Paper: Archival, museum-quality paper. If you're drawn to rich "wet" colors, consider upgrading to the Premium Lustre finish for extra vibrancy.
Metal: Glossy, vibrant, durable — mounted with a black wood inset frame for easy hanging
Acrylic: Bold color and depth, printed behind crystal-clear acrylic — also mounted with a black wood inset for easy hanging

Can I request a custom size or material?
Yes — email me with your request. I’ll gladly provide a custom quote.

Are the prints limited editions?
All current prints are open editions with a digital signature. Limited editions (with hand-signed COAs) will be offered in the future — sign up to be notified first.

Do your prints come framed?
Not at this time. Fine art paper prints are shipped rolled or flat depending on size. Metal and acrylic prints come ready to hang with a black wood inset.

Can I get a Certificate of Authenticity?
COAs will be included with future limited edition releases. If you’d like one for an open edition, let me know.

Where do you ship?
Prints are available for delivery throughout the U.S. International shipping is available on request.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Average production time is 5–10 business days, depending on print type.

Will I get tracking info?
Yes — tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

Item How are prints packaged?
Photo Prints: Small prints ship flat in sturdy envelopes. Larger sizes ship rolled in thick cardboard tubes. Bulk orders may ship in reinforced boxes.
Canvases, Metals, and Acrylics: Smaller sizes ship in 20x26" boxes. Larger prints are crated using high-quality plywood and custom foam interiors for maximum protection.

What if my print arrives damaged?
Please take multiple photos of the package before opening, and email all documentation to neal@nealsummerton.com. I’ll work with the lab to resolve the issue.

What’s your return policy?
I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, return the print (at your cost) and I’ll refund your purchase price.

Can I exchange for a different image or size?
Exchanges are handled case by case — email me and we’ll figure it out.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Sales tax is charged for orders shipping from Arizona.

Where are the photos taken?
Primarily the Sonoran Desert in and around Surprise, AZ — but when they let me out, watch out!
